Pass legislation that ends unequal treatment of everyone
Start funding the policy development and advocacy think tanks like the right has
Pass a bill, using reconciliation, adding the Grayson amendment, that allows anyone to buy into Medicare
Offer serious funding and laws empowering feasibility and pilot studies of new models of health care
Fund a Communications Effectiveness Agency directed by the President
Identify the ten most pressing environmental issues
Fix the textbook system
Play Hardball with Right Wing Israelis and AIPAC
Salvage and Re-invent Journalism
Investigate and Prosecute

Sounds like a contract for a new America to me. Seems as though we are actually making some progress on a few of these goals, albeit very slowly.
